United Methodist Church Spaghetti Feed: The Winnemucca United Methodist Church will be hosting a Spaghetti Feed for good will offering to help mission in Niger, Africa. The feed will be held between 5 and 7 p.m. All are welcome.

Senior Skits: The Lowry High School Seniors will be performing their senior skits Monday, May 9 at the LHS Auditorium. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for seeing the show will start at 7 p.m.

Age Friendly Winnemucca: Will be meeting Monday, May 9 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Humboldt General Hospital. Everyone is invited.

WYFL Football and Cheerleading Registration: Registration will be from 6 — 8 p.m. Wednesday May 11, Wednesday May 18 and Wednesday May 25 at the Winnemucca City Recreation Room (building located to the left of the indoor pool). Cheer is for ages 7-14, cannot be in High School. Flag football must be 7 years old by Aug. 1. Jr. Tackle must be 9 years old by Aug. 1. Sr. Tackle must be 12 years old by Aug. 1 and cannot be in High School. A photocopy of the player’s birth certificate is required at registration.



Saturday, May 14

Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive: The local letter carriers are collecting non-perishable food donations for the local food bank. Put your non-perishable food donations in a bag by your mailbox, your letter carriers will do the rest.
